  19.      with special functions (like showing the selected line with only
  20.      1 call and minimized scrolling)

  23.    - looks like the OS3.0 listview
  24.    - mark lines (only by the program or by the user with SHIFT key

  26.    - Super Listview allows horizontal scrolling to show long lines

  28.    - callback hook to manipulate the output (in style, colour,

  31.    - lvExtraWindow generates a listview in an own window that is
  32.      controlled by the library (resize, update, refresh, etc)
